You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or loss of credentials. We may suspend or terminate access where account security is at risk.
All content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Benefit Enrollment and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
Some functionality may rely on third-party services (such as authentication, communications, or analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benefit Enrollment will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
